The function of this machine is to cut the nylon top stop wire and weld it on the top stop position of the zipper which has been gapped. This machine is applicable to make zipper which is used in the pocket of the casual clothing.

1. By replacing the method of injecting the top stop to the zipper which needs to change different colors in order to match different colors of zippers, this machine welds the transparent nylon wire on the zipper which is more convenient and beautiful.

2. As it doesn't contain plumbum,it meets the latest European and American environmental requirement. Moreover,the strength of the top stop which has been welded by this machine is very strong. Even in minus 20 degree centigrade,the top stop will not be taken off.

3. This machine has the advantage of high productivity with its output 1,300PCS per hour which is three times more compare with the bottom stop injection machine.As a result,it has done a good job in labor and raw material saving.
