This machine uses ultrasonic wave to make the zipper with fixed teeth of fixed size carry out automatic gluing and punching at the open end.

1. Integration of ultrasonic sealing and ultrasonic punching,reducing process links,material transportation and labor cost.

2. Ultrasonic sealing adopts movable crochet base,and zipper film does not arch.Real-time temperature control detection,zipper film won't turn black.

3. The machine can seal groove film to improve the strength,beautify the appearance and satisfy the using of zipper.

4. Ultrasonic punching hole position section fusion,zipper washable.
