 1.40K Ultrasonic film sealing (core ultrasonic technology is provided by USA BRANSON COMPANY),ultrasonic hole punch and pin box insert integrating machine can solve the old problem of zipper tape cover the color of tape, waterproof washing unavailable. The machine reduces process of production and labor cost,and improve the quality of open-end zipper.

2.Film sealing dies(up and down) is separate type.Down die(Horn) adopts titanium alloy will never break. The machine proprietary of constant temperature system and auto frequency adjusting, solve the problem of tape breaking and loose welding.When sealing film,press the tape and tape cord separately to assure strength of welding and without damage the tape, make zipper durable by water wash.

3.Ultrasonic welding makes holes sealing strong and zipper durable water wash.

4.Machine hand holds the film to make film no-oblique and near the teeth. The length and width can be adjusted as required. Open-end-zipper transparent film width can be adjusted to 1.1cm to improve the quality,cut the cost and avoid problem of film feeding.
